Steps -
1. First activate Facebook plan of 1 month by dialing *800# or by calling customer care.
2. After that open pd proxy in your PC and connect with protocol selected as ICPM and click on connect it will take some time to connect.
Note- Try this at 0 balance and if it is not working on 0 balance than recharge with a small pack. Use the default apn- internet.
