Hello DigitalJanata,
I am sharing Reliance 3G Unofficial Guide for Cheap Data Plan Tricks, which are approximately working All over India. I have personally tested it in Mumbai and UP East SIM and trick is found to be working at the time of posting (i.e. End of June 2015) & still working in October 2015. Further details and info related with the trick are posted below:
[01] Four Different approaches for getting 3G Benefits at a lower cost.
[02] You can use all Old working Proxy tricks with it (If they were previously working for you) 'or' you can consume whole data directly as a Normal user.
[03] Speed will be just like an Official Paid 3G Plan.
[04] All the important information, links and plans are mentioned in the below mentioned PDF in Download Section.

Method 3 is tested and reported working in Mumbai (By Ein$tieN) SIM.
No Method seems to working in UPE Reliance GSM (Tested by Ein$tieN)[/HIDE]
Update [1] : [HIDE=40]Those users who have failed in their earlier attempts while trying Other methods should first try Method 2.1 and start with the smallest recharge possible (Just to check that its working for you or not), and this method won't affect their original data pack validity... Rest is your Luck, All the Best
For roaming / non-roaming 3G area of Reliance, Follow Method 3 (With small packs like 2-3 days Validity Packs) then after the plan gets over, you should be receiving 3G signals by default, It doesn't matter that Reliance provides its 3G by roaming (or) without roaming; Now you can use Method 1 for even more cheaper 3G
