Idea UDP 3G Help!

Bought a new Idea sim, but m only getting 3G signals as long as i have any 3g pack activated, till its validity. Anybody have any solution? This was not a problem with old sim. M from Bihar.

I am getting 3g signal but no speed( no data receiving in pd proxy or vpn like vpn gate config in open vpn when connected) any body any solution

no solution....
I think earlier idea stopped providing 3g service for license issue and they again started providing through intra circle in bihar....
m also facing same problm.....
