[HELP] How To Upload Files On Google Drive From Remote Url

Hi friends I need help regarding google drive. I wan to know that How To Upload Files On Google Drive From Remote Url.
Like we do on other file hosting sites.

We download torrent from zbibgz or bbx and then we upload it to any other file hosting site just by pasting a link.
So I want to do same on google drive.
If any one know about it then just reply.
