@ Suprotim first install this app in your mobile,
then go to symentic antivirus, then go in qurentine and restore all,
then remove symentic app, then open rom patcher apply all patches and done,
then install any file, which giving certificate error, it will install easily.

Not worked for me in voda Delhi sim
First my data added 100mb then data deduction started.
