How to check Reliance 3g data balance?

May I know how you check your Reliance data balance frequently?

For me I used to check my data on *111*1*3# alternatively i send MBAL to 55333
But form past 2 days I am unable to check with these methods are you facing the same issue?

Cc said its a network congestion will be fixed soon!
