I need a way to play counter strike online on my college proxy.Is there any vpn or other tunneling software that can be used?
and how to add server in cs?

in main menu click on find server>internet a list will appear of online servers select anyone you like :troll5:

but first i need a way to have direct internet beacause i have proxy internet here.
any free vpn or other thing that gives good speed?

Check that proxy supports CONNECT command.
Try any free vpn first .if work then. Request here to get premium config
