About freecharge scam or not discuss

As all you know that Freecharge is a growing very fastly.
I just want to aware u guys that Freecharge saves our Credit/Debit card informations.. As you all knows that now freecharge giving all the offers or discount on paying of Debit/Credit cards..So By Paying from debit/Credit card they keep our valuable information like Pin or Personal Data...

One of My friend says that his account balance is debited by 2000rs from Freecharge site...and he did not even recharge anything...and i have seen many cases like that...

And I also send a mail to Freecharge that why you giving all offers on debit/credit cards...why not on Freecharge credits or Internet Banking..because they are much Secure compare to Debit cards...but they did not reply me....i droped 2-3 emails from 2-3 different different email ids..but they did not reply to even one email....

so Friends I just want to aware u guys that do not give your valuable information to freecharge...

and No offence To them who like Freecharge ...at some days i also liked it...

i think freecharge is a scam ! i don't believe those guys i mean why would someone give 20 free credits on rc of just rs 10..they must be stealing our cards information

in that case we chat and line are also scam and every services which are giving free recharge are scams.

they give the schemes only when they are being sponsored....
nobody gives a single penny for free,,they must be adding new services/coupons(for some new company)...that company might be giving free cashback to promote itself on freecharge

Wechat and line doesn't ask for any personal info like debit/credit card as in the case of freecharge they demand for these..so better not to be selfish and greedy..Paytm is a bigger app then freecharge but they don't come up with these kind of stupid offer.. so I am not sure that freecharge is a legitimate website

Better to open a new account and keep maximum balance (money) on it and don't use it on any of these websites.
While, the card which you have already used on freecharge & others,
Keep using it after maintaining low balance on them.

No tension + enjoy all offers !

But with card information they cant make transactions becoz when we proceed to payment page we need to enter the otp that is sent to us so how can they make transaction without otp?

Freecharge doesnt ask for read sms permission but paytm asks means paytm can see our mobile's sms bt freecharge cant.

not every time otp is required in debit card(can't say about credit card) transactions.
only card information and 3d secure password is required.

Although it is not possible to steal information.
If you think that there might be a chance, then
Better to change 3d secure code, right now.

When you pay you are redirected to your banks secure payment gateway and then you enter your 3d secure password.
Freecharge do not save 3D secure password they only save the card no. and card holders name for fast payment. Many site also store card no and name like flipkart etc.

For changing 3d secure code,
1) change while making a transaction-
At the payment page when u r asked to enter 3d password, click on forgot password, and then enter all details, whatever is asked, and create new 3d code
2) search on Google, in format like for pnb debit cards-
Pnb 3d secure
Open 1st or 2nd website from top,
Then click on forgot password

thats why m telling you guys...Paytm much better than Freecharge...i know that Paytm dont give many offers but its totally genuine..and If freecharge is not scam then why they did not replying my emails...
@ALL you Just try with your email id and ask them same question...let see what happen....

bro they are providing offers for cards coz if they provide it per account then the users like u and me will make unlimited accounts and freecharge will be looted.
so that's why they are providing all these a offers on card.

Sometimes paytm service is very slow and recharge is not instant done ! last time i have tried to add cash in paytm and successfully paid but not received cash ! and customer care service is very slow they will reply after 48h that is very poor service from paytm. I always use freecharge and using it since 1nd half year and never got any problem during recharge with coupons or directly, and customer service is very fast they always reply within 12 h . So Free charge is best for me :troll5:

Last time i have tried to add 330rs in paytm and i have successfully paid but not received cash in paytm and i have contacted to paytm care on 18 september and they replied on 21september . customer care service is very slow . See the SS

May be freecharge is scam. because my a/c get Locked without any info. I didn't even did anything wrong. also my wallet had left some balance. they didn't refunded to me.. :sad:

I do not understand or get still why people leave some sensible data like their debit / credit cards to some scambags like that freecharge or whatever - it's simply out of my imagination on many many cases like that.
