1. Internet giant Google backing it. So, large scale marketing is working 2. Great value phone

like you i was also planning on buying Redmi 1S..but my friend who has bought it on 2nd sept sale told me that he was facing issues..
so i searched on mi forums and found that many were complaining about these issues.

No doubt with the features and specifications the phone is a steal in this price range, so you can go ahead and buy it on 23rd sept sale day if you are comfortable with the issues. Not necessarily the issues will show up on the set you get.

Now for buying help use CompareHatke extension for chrome as mentioned by @Mittalji as this will automatically add Redmi 1S to your cart.
Or you can ask a friend with broadband connection to buy it for you. But seriously i HATE these flash sales of Flipkart.

If you fail to buy Redmi 1S you can always go for AndroidOne.

I really don't know what are you talking about RAM & Heating Issue I've been using it for couple of week with 3G and no Problem mention here found to me...neither Heating nor RAM...........hang issue etc.....

I never said that all Redmi 1S were having issues, did i? if you read flipkart reviews and mi forum threads you will see that many people are facing these issues.
Besides the heating issue can be controlled by under-clocking the processor until xiaomi provides official updates.
