Deducting Data balance Automatically in all Network{ WIN 8.1 }

Ples... Help someone my data balance deducts automatically in all network like Airtel, Reliance and Vodafone.
Even my main balance got deducted of all these sims.

Issue:--
As i connect my internet in win 8.1 32bit my data balance getting deducted without any browsing. so that i am unable to use internet or any trick...
Ples... help

antivirus is quick heal and no activation so no way of update.. that it can be update

bro many app in window 8 they conecct to internet u have to install firewall ........
