there is already a limit to posting of new threads
the limit is in such a sense that you can get maximum 20 credits i.e(10threads x 2 = 20 credits a day)
even if you create more thread you will not get credit the next day also

I THINK THIS IS THE REASON WHY YOU WERE REQUESTING LIMITATION.
YOU SHOULD THINK BEFORE POSTING SUCH THINGS AS DIGITALJANATA HAS SOME MODS AND ADMIN WHO ALREADY THOUGHT AND SOLVED THE MATTER WHICH NOW IS GOING THROUGH YOUR MIND

I felt to ask the same ... because i have seen useless threads posted just for Thread count and Credits.... But it wont be a good decision because its already limited to 10 threads
