Help regarding BSNL 2g speed

I m frm u.p east circle . I m really pissed off with the BSNL 2g speed . U cant even send a line message or WhatsApp anyone . Although sometimes it catches 3g network but that too very slow compared to any other 3g networks.
so pls help me . I m using "bsnlnet" apn .
pls suggest something like anyother apn through which at least I can surf internet.

i hav used mnc in 5 paise balance..lol but now mnc is dead....do u kno anything about bsnl bbm trick....is icmp protocol involved in it....
