Reliance Deduting balance Without Service

i am getting daily messages from reliance i.e. Amount Charged forVAS Indiatimes VPak Rs5.00

and they deduct 5 rs for everymessages and till now my 30rs has beeen deducted already and still my main balance is rs50 even i call 198 and also *333 but no respont from there...i have to deactivate this service...plzzzz anyone tell how to do that...

install reliance android app and deactivate all the service..make a tweet by mentioning their official name and your complaint..that's effective..

Dial 155223 and deactivate your any activated services.

yup bro same problem is for me also...
and when i call cc then they told me that ull not have this problem again and after 3-4 days they again deduct my balance...
i seriously abused them but not happened anything

I have this issue many times, i have a working solution. Call 198 then tell your problem exactly they will check your account and refund your money.

Sometimes they cut 5rs , 3rs , 1rs every after 3 days saying that service is active, Just call 198 and ask for refund. But there is no guarantee that balance will not deduct after refund

from that day i stopped maintaing balance in my main account !

yep i used to do that but cc service is very poor....call not connects within 15 min....

i have called cc today with my frnds sim and they told that divya darshan' pack was activated and now they have deactivate that..will wait for tomorrow if they deduct again or not

best option is that never recharge main bal always recharge promo bal and sms pack which is cheap

never go for prome bal it is not the main balance from you can recharge any pack using USSD code careful!
PROMO BAL: is what can not be used for recharge form phone like 10rs 3g recharge...(not possible)..
MAIN BAL: you can recharge/activate any pack from it...like 10rs 3g recharge...(possible)...
