better go with a Mini ITX Gaming PC....more value for money plus would be somewhat portable also...

then bhai i would recommend you to wait a little...as nv has recently launced their maxwell mobile gpuand it will take sometime to reach indian market and going with current kepler series would not be a nice choice...
stretch your budget a lil up and you can get an i5 4th gen paired with nv 740m gt ( kepler based)...this is the best value for money config available....

Asus provides gaming laptops within budget.

I am using Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop (4th Gen Ci5/ 6GB/ 1TB/ Win8/ 2GB Graph) a very good gaming laptop which I bought for 49k but since your budget is 40k I recommend you Asus S56CM-XO177H Ultrabook (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB 24GB SSD/ Win8/ 2GB Graph)
