Bq ! Fq ! Proxy ! Host ! HELP !

Hey guys help me ,regarding with handler !
Previously I never uses any handler software,so I am facing problem!
I easly uses my tcp or udp configuration to work with pc but the handlers r so difficult for me ?
I can't handle them correctly !
I want to to know ,how do I setup the aircel wikipedia host in opera handler(in android)
I have installed opera handler nd theri I saw a lots of columns r present .
So I am confused ,tell me with proper $$ how to setup this.

apn-aircelwap k saath proxy or port v add karna h ...ya fir blank rakhna h.

Ok I got it but now I am able to use vpn on android also.
So no need ,of handler for android!

if u using vpn then no need of any hander on android

Oo..i know but pehle kavi work nahi kiya tha ,ab vpn work android pe kar raha h.
