checked on docomo maharastra
apn : TATA.DOCOMO.MMS
homepage : 10.124.88.22

only this ip opening http://10.124.88.22/ and NOT DEDUCTING BALANCE or MB...but i m not able to make any vpn trick out of this....i have no knowledge of handlers so not tried...

any expert can test this and share some trick with all of us.....everybody can check in their state....

WILL POST ALL SITES WHICH ARE OPENING WITHOUT DEDUCTING BALANCE in night...just to inform all these sites are useless but they can work as homepage as not deducting balance....i am not newbie, i know vpns and tricks in out....just handlers i had not never tried....Challenge for this is finding a right proxy...10.124.94.7 was one hope which is working but response is not getting html.....

just to inform everyone TATA.DOCOMO.MMS and TATA.DOCOMO.DIVE.IN do not deduct MB EVEN for connecting..like in others we lose 0.02mb in connection not on these...now for these two apns for docomo..so some trick will work for sure in these two...
