How To Activate 3G Pack in MH

guys yesterday my 1 month 3g is expired
and from today on getting 2g spped and yesterday i tried online 101 rc online but its not get done
and today i done a small 3g pack of 13 which give sms other than 30 data min

Please guys can you tell me how to activate 1 month 3g pack in maharashtra
